Thailandsite Mold Help is a referral and marketing service that puts homeowners in touch with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not carry out inspections, sampling, testing, removal, cleaning or repairs. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Are Independent Businesses

The providers you reach are independent. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, quality of work, test results, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, oversee or direct providers, and we make no promises about their availability, how fast they respond, their work or the results.

Before you hire a provider, we suggest checking their credentials, asking to see proof of insurance and any license that applies, and getting a written estimate.

When you phone us or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing reasons. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any point by writing to contact@thailandsite.com.

The site's content and design belong to Thailandsite Mold Help or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
