How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Thailandsite Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and should not be read as legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can get in touch with us about:

  • How your call or contact with Thailandsite Mold Help went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site you find unclear or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have an issue with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We would still like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Thailandsite Mold Help cannot resolve contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing a Complaint

Write to contact@thailandsite.com and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After We Receive It

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may mean reaching out to the provider, and then tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help as well.
