Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Thailandsite Mold Help wants thailandsite.com to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement sets out our approach. It is a general template and should not be read as legal advice.
Our Aim
We want this site to be usable by as many people as we can reach. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely recognized standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings in a logical order
- Give meaningful images text alternatives
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let visitors use the site with only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be partly outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@thailandsite.com and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
We welcome feedback about accessibility on this site. Write to contact@thailandsite.com and let us know:
- Which page or feature caused trouble
- What happened and what you expected to happen
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will review your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Continuing Work
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep accessibility in mind and keep improving it.
Reach a local provider
Send a few lines about where the mold is and how big the spot looks. We will pass it to an independent local provider who can follow up.
